Bileto User Agreement
Version dated [DD.MM.YYYY]
This agreement governs the relationship between [Legal entity name], TIN [TIN], address: [address] (hereinafter "Bileto", "we"), and users of the Bileto mobile application and website (hereinafter the "Service").
By registering, posting a listing or submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement and the Privacy Policy.
1. What Bileto is
1.1. Bileto is a platform for the resale of event tickets between private individuals. The seller posts a listing for a ticket, and the buyer submits a purchase request.
1.2. Bileto acts as an intermediary. We do not organize events, do not issue tickets and are not their owner. For each request, a Bileto operator:
- contacts the buyer and the seller;
- checks the ticket;
- informs the buyer of the amount and the payment method;
- arranges the handover of the ticket to the buyer.
1.3. The event organizer is responsible for holding the event, its rescheduling, cancellation and admission rules.
2. Registration
2.1. To register, you need to provide your name, mobile phone number and role: buyer or seller. The phone number is not verified by an SMS code.
2.2. You undertake to provide your real phone number and your own name. Registering with someone else's number is prohibited.
2.3. Signing in again with the same number opens the same account. Do not share the number you use to sign in with third parties.
2.4. The Service may be used by persons over 18 years of age, and by persons aged 16 to 18 with parental consent.
2.5. Only users with the "seller" role may post listings. The role can be changed in the profile.
3. Rules for the seller
3.1. By posting a listing, the seller guarantees that the ticket:
- is genuine and lawfully belongs to them;
- has not been sold and will not be sold to other persons, either on Bileto or anywhere else;
- has not been cancelled, returned to the organizer or used;
- matches the listing: event, section, row, seats, quantity.
3.2. When posting a listing, the seller uploads a photo or screenshot of the ticket. It is seen only by Bileto operators and is not shown to buyers. Bileto may reject or remove any listing.
3.3. The seller chooses the ticket handover method: delivery (the seller delivers the ticket to the buyer) or pickup (the buyer collects the ticket from the seller).
3.4. After a request is received, the seller must stay in contact with the operator and hand over the ticket within the agreed time.
3.5. Bileto's commission is 10% of each ticket sold. It is deducted from the amount the seller receives. The amount to be received is shown when the listing is created.
3.6. If a ticket turns out to be counterfeit, invalid, sold more than once or does not match the listing, Bileto may withhold the payout to the seller, block the account and, in case of fraud, pass the data to law enforcement authorities.
4. Rules for the buyer
4.1. To buy a ticket, the buyer submits a request: name, phone number and number of tickets. Registration is not required for this.
4.2. A request is not a purchase. The transaction is made after a Bileto operator confirms it to the buyer.
4.3. The service fee is 7% of the ticket price. It is paid by the buyer on top of the ticket price. The total amount in soums is shown before the request is submitted.
4.4. The buyer checks the ticket upon receipt and informs the operator of any discrepancy.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment is made outside the application. The Bileto operator informs the buyer of the payment method and payment details.
5.2. Pay only using the payment details provided by the Bileto operator. The guarantees of Section 6 do not apply to money paid directly to the seller bypassing Bileto.
5.3. The seller's phone number is hidden in the listing. Arranging a transaction bypassing Bileto is prohibited.
6. Guarantees and refunds
6.1. If the buyer paid for the ticket using Bileto's payment details, Bileto refunds the amount paid, including the service fee, when:
- the seller did not hand over the ticket within the agreed time;
- the ticket does not match the listing;
- the ticket turned out to be counterfeit, cancelled or already used, and the buyer was not admitted to the event.
6.2. The problem must be reported to the operator no later than 24 hours after the start of the event, with supporting evidence attached.
6.3. The refund is made within [N] business days after the operator's decision.
6.4. The guarantee does not apply if the buyer was not admitted for reasons unrelated to the ticket (late arrival, violation of venue rules, age), or if the buyer themselves passed the ticket to third parties.
6.5. If the event is cancelled and the seller has not yet received the money, Bileto refunds the full amount to the buyer. If the money has already been transferred to the seller, the refund of the ticket price is made under the organizer's rules; the seller must assist the buyer.
7. Prohibited
- selling counterfeit, stolen or cancelled tickets, or selling one ticket to several buyers;
- providing someone else's name or phone number, or false information in a listing;
- arranging a transaction and payment bypassing Bileto;
- insulting users and operators;
- using the Service for fraud or other unlawful activity.
8. Liability
8.1. Bileto's liability for a single transaction is limited to the amount the buyer paid using Bileto's payment details.
8.2. Bileto is not liable for the actions of event organizers or for disruptions in the operation of banks, payment systems and telecom operators.
8.3. Bileto may restrict or block an account if the agreement is violated.
9. Changes and governing law
9.1. We may change the agreement. We will notify you of material changes in the application at least 7 days in advance.
9.2. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are heard by the court at Bileto's location, unless otherwise provided by consumer protection legislation.
